Take pictures or a walk-around video of your car with the lights on, showcasing the windows, capturing images of the tire treads, and fastened seatbelts, and try to get photos of the brake pads. Video is preferred. Once you have these images, fill out the form below and attach the pictures or walk-around video via the link at the bottom of the form, then click SUBMIT. If the pictures or video file are too large to send, please email them directly to info@tirekickers.biz. After you hit 'SUBMIT', click on the 'click here to pay' link to complete payment for your ride share inspections. Your completed form will be emailed or texted to you, typically in less than one hour, ready for you to upload to your Ride Share app. This service is available every day from 8 AM to 6 PM.
